Dried grapes

“Raisin” in Turkish means “grapes”. Homeland - the Mediterranean, Middle and Near East. As for the history of the origin of this dried fruit, according to legend, someone forgot the grapes in wine, which was then dried and turned into a soft and sweet delicacy - raisins.

Among dried fruits, by its beneficial properties, this dried berry is in the first place. In it, literally all the properties of grapes are preserved - 100% of microelements and 70-80% of vitamins. It contains nitrogenous substances, oleanolic and tartaric acids, cellulose, ash, vitamins B5, B1 and B2, ascorbic acid, boron, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc.
